Delivery of Service:
Tell-A-Friend-King service is normally available and ready to use within a few seconds of signing up. The service is provided online, so there is no shipping or other delivery fee. All documentation, resources, and information are provided online via our secure account control panel, which can be accessed with the email address and password used to create the account. You must have Internet access in order to configure the service.
Free trial accounts are also available immediately upon signup. Trial accounts are fully functional, and remain available for the length of the trial, as specified at the time of signup. There is no interruption of service or loss of configuration when upgrading a trial account to full service.
Refunds:
You may request a refund for any reason within 30 days of signup.
Your request for a refund must be received, within 30 Days, by one of the following methods:
Email: By sending an email to support@tellafriendking.com requesting a refund. The Email MUST be sent from the email we have on record for your account.
Online: By requesting a refund via the MEMBERS contact form, which can be reached by clicking "Contact Us" AFTER logging in to your account.
Phone: By calling us at the support number listed on the "Contact" section of this website.
Please follow up after requesting your refund. You should receive a confirmation that your refund will be processed.
The cost of your free gift, plus shipping and handling will be deducted from your refund.
If your account is still open, requesting a refund will cause it to be closed.
Your refund may take up to two weeks to process.
Subscription and Automatic Renewal:
Our service is an AUTOMATICALLY RENEWING SUBSCRIPTION. Your membership will continue to renew, according to the payment schedule you choose at signup, until you cancel it. You may cancel your membership at any time.
Cancellation:
You may cancel your account at any time for any reason. The cancelled account will be deactivated immediately. Please note that it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to cancel your membership if you no longer want to use our service.

Fair Use and Account Resources:
It is not our general policy to set fixed limits on the use of our service. We have ample resources, which have always been sufficient to the needs of our members, and can be expanded to meet future needs.
However, we do reserve the right to take action to correct unusually high usage, or any usage that impacts our service to the detriment of our other members. This includes moving an account to it's own hosting plan or dedicated server and passing our cost along to the member, imposing usage caps, terminating the account with or without notice, or taking other action that we determine (in our sole discretion) to be reasonable.
Abuse and Account Termination:
We take abuse very seriously. We reserve the right to terminate any account without warning if (in our sole discretion) it is used, intentionally or unintentionally, in an abusive manner. This includes, but is not limited to, any attempt to subvert the service, use it in other than it's intended manner, send spam, perpetrate fraud, harass any group or individual, or any other action that may damage our service or reputation.
Refusal of Service:
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.
